Vacation! Travel! Getaway!
Getting a chance to be with family or friends while visiting another area is something worth getting excited over!
But what about the stowaway: your chronic aches that you normally have, but don’t stay behind while you fly off to adventure? What hope is there…?

Working with clients for over 8 years, we have made a highlight list from their input on the top 3 day-ruiners that showed up on sacred travel time. Below you will find videos to help you re-charge your soft tissues, dissolve obnoxious pain gremlins, and help you get back to fun!

Remember, this is not meant to diagnose a problem you may have, and it is not meant to be a source of treatment for a chronic problem. Rather, this is a body hack of helpful how to tips based from our experiences as connective tissue stretchers and functional fitness trainers.
Enjoy!

Side note – keep a tennis ball kit in your car, tv room, and at work to dive into that “ahhhhhhhhh” moment when things are adding up in the day 😉
