“I came to StraightLine after a poor experience at a local franchise gym. Right from the start Keith was able to assess my fitness level and challenge me with a one on one workout that felt appropriate. We now work out twice a week; I show up and he takes me through a 30 minute routine of strength and balance training that uses core muscles and my own body weight. It is always different and I feel great leaving. My strength has improved tremendously, I sleep better and my wife thinks I look better. I like the personable atmosphere of StraightLine and the fact they know me and care. I would recommend this place to anyone except those people who like to show off their spandex. It’s a place for grown ups. Oh excellent music too!”
