What is Rossiter?
Rossiter is myofascial bodywork using active stretching movements to restore space and function in connective tissue.
It’s a two-person connective tissue stretching workout to get rid of pain and to restore mobility.
You are like a walking balloon animal – a tangle of individual shapes made of continuous, connected material.
Connective tissue, your fascia, runs throughout your body, around organs, muscle, even through bone. Fascia can knot up, shorten, create adhesions, and tighten- like saran-wrap.
Myofascial release removes pain at its source and restores mobility & function throughout the body.
What does a session look like?
Like making snow angels, but without the snow.
We step on you – which sounds crazy, we know. In practice, it’s more elegant than it sounds.
We use our feet to anchor a particular point of fascia while you stretch against that anchor. We’ll coach you through the motions. You tell us what releases and what’s still tight.
What can a stretch do?
- Eliminate pain
- Increase mobility
- Restore sanity
Rossiter is neither magic nor a miracle. It is merely a tool alongside chiropractic, massage, exercise, and diet. That said, our clients are regularly astounded by the improvements in their body.
Chronic pain, lost mobility, and discomfort can all be symptoms of scrunched up connective tissue.
When Rossiter is only a piece of your puzzle, we’ll refer you to a complementary practitioner.
How long does it take?
27 minutes per session, typically 5-8 sessions.
There are 216 Rossiter techniques to address different parts of your body. In a typical session we’ll use 4-8 techniques in about a half hour.
Satisfying, lasting results happen around sessions 5-8.
Rossiter sets you free. And you’re welcome to come back for a tune-up anytime.
What does it cost?
A 4-pack is 319. (first-time consultation cost waived)
A single session is 89. (First-time session is 110, includes consultation)
