It’s the best program for someone who has a basic understanding of functional fitness exercises. You get a variety of routines and instructors to mix things up and keep exercise and yamuna fun. We rotate through different themes and challenges to ensure coverage of all the body’s needs including mobility, stability, strength, endurance and full body neuromuscular patterns. We know your time is valuable; each workout is 30-45 minutes including a warmup, a powerful workout, and a cool down.
