Vinyasa Flow Yoga: All levels welcome, join us for this yoga flow series by Deanna McCraw. Class is one hour, $15 drop in, 4 pack for $40. Deanna will guide you through a Vinyasa flow series always with an intention discussed at the beginning of class. Increase your flexibility, strength, and joint range of motions. Bring your mat and water bottle; mats are available for $2 rental fee.
